
We are seeking a creative and driven Content Marketing Specialist to join our team, you’ll be the voice of our brand on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest, creating visually engaging, informative, and inspiring content that attracts architects, real estate professionals, and design lovers. - Develop and execute a content calendar for social media aligned with our brand tone, business goals, and campaigns.
- Create and publish engaging posts, including images, carousels, Reels, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes looks at the rendering process.
- Write compelling captions, short articles, and hashtags tailored to architecture, design, and 3D visualization audiences.
- Coordinate with the rendering team to showcase project case studies, work-in-progress visuals, and final renders.
- Monitor performance (engagement, reach, leads) and adjust strategy based on data.
- Interact with followers, reply to comments and messages, and build a loyal online community.
- Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and visual storytelling best practices.
- Collaborate with the SEO and design teams to ensure cross-channel consistency.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing or social media marketing (preferably in architecture/design/creative industries).
- Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and content trends.
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills (Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes clips).
- Ability to manage a content calendar and meet posting deadlines.
- Passion for design, architecture, or digital visualization.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Ability to align social content with SEO and lead-generation goals.
